K so I've almost finished one of my greatest coding masterpieces:

A polyphonic synthesiser.

That's motherfucking right. Given a wav file, it will present you with a window containing a very well-drawn keyboard.

Just press the keys corresponding to the notes on screen and a repitched version of the wav file will start playing.

You can even change the octave it plays at.

The only bummer is it's for linux, so for you guys to play with it would mean you having to install the linux. ...

why do people favour linux?

So I was talking to an old friend backstage on saturday and he was all "dude check out my fucking iPod" and I looked at it and I was all "shiiiiit"

Anyways this went on for quite some time and I decided those the next morning I would go buy one. So I did. I'm poor as a dead beggar since I don't get paid to go to school and thus I JUMPING JACK FLASH only afford the 8GB one. Anyway so I download itunes and all those and get it set up (which took about 4 motherfucking hours ...
